Description
This Skill Pod describes the skills and knowledge required to coordinate multiple service requirements for clients with complex needs within a case management framework.
Workers at this level work under supervision within established guidelines but take on a team leadership role in the coordination of services and service providers.
This unit applies to work in a range of health and community services contexts.
Options
You have the following choices:
- Complete this stand-alone skill pod as professional development ($240)
- Complete the stand-alone assessment only and receive a statement of attainment ($400)
- Complete stand-alone version of this skill pod and associated assessment and receive a statement of attainment ($640)
- Complete the full qualification by completing all required skill pods and associated assessments
You also have the option to complete assessment tasks and receive a Nationally Recognised statement of attainment for the unit of competency; CHCCSM004 Coordinate complex case requirements.
. You can choose to:
- enrol in the Learning and Assessment version now, getting access to both learning content and assessment tasks straight away
- complete the Learning only version now and come back and enrol in the Assessment only version at a later date
If you have extensive experience in the industry and believe you do not need to undertake any further training you can choose the Assessment only version and get access to the assessment tasks straight away, without needing to complete the learning activities.
