The Deliver Service Strategies Skill Pod aims to develop the skills and knowledge required to; identify your customer needs, maintain customer records, maintain regular communication, implement, evaluate and report on customer service strategies. The activities and reflection questions throughout the Skill Pod will help you to build new skills and refine current practices in line with expert advice and best practice in customer service and personal injury management.
Options
You have the following choices:
- Complete this stand-alone skill pod as professional development ($240)
- Complete the stand-alone assessment only and receive a statement of attainment ($400)
- Complete stand-alone version of this skill pod and associated assessment and receive a statement of attainment ($640)
- Complete the full qualification by completing all required skill pods and associated assessments
- Complete dual qualifications in Personal Injury Management and Customer Engagement
You also have the option to complete assessment tasks and receive a Nationally Recognised statement of attainment for the unit of competencies BSBCUS401 Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies and FNSPIM409 Maintain customer relationship. You can choose to:
- enrol in the Learning and Assessment version now, getting access to both learning content and assessment tasks straight away
- complete the Learning only version now and come back and enrol in the Assessment only version at a later date
If you have extensive experience in the industry and believe you do not need to undertake any further training you can choose the Assessment only version and get access to the assessment tasks straight away, without needing to complete the learning activities.
